In my wife’s opinion, the pool access was frustrating and complicated for families. A simpler pool policy would be great.

Just a good pick for a weekend adventure in East Syracuse, great for the money. The room was large and clean, which was a relief. Make sure to ask for fresh towels regularly, as they don't do daily cleaning.

Breakfast options were pretty underwhelming. the omelets needed reheating and the general lack of variety left something to be desired. On top of that, the bar service felt understaffed, which made it harder to unwind after a long day.

I had a great stay at embassy suites! The two-room king suite was very nice, and the hotel is in the midst of a major renovation project, making it feel fresh. Plus, the manager's reception in the evening was a nice touch to unwind after a busy day.

Had a fantastic time with friends! Enjoyed visiting the Destiny USA Shopping Mall for some retail therapy and took a fun trip to the New York State Fairgrounds. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The bar area and lobby seating were perfect for hanging out.

The sofa bed in our suite was uncomfortable, making it difficult for the kids to get a good night's sleep. We ended up with them on the couch instead, which wasn't ideal.
